Come spend an evening, or an afternoon, with the White River Valley Players at the theater in Rochester at the Valley Hub (Former Rochester High School). The event starts with a Music Café in the lobby at 7:30pm on Friday Nov.7 and Saturday November 8 and at 2pm on Saturday November 8. Immediately following the Music Café will be the premiere of the original one act play Simple Sage written by local playwright Kate Youngdahl Stauss. The play features five women living in the same Granville, Vermont farmhouse (Simple Sage) in two different centuries. The Music Café provides a relaxed setting with an offering of desserts and hot beverages to choose from for theater goers to gather and enjoy each other’s company. Background music will be provided by local musicians Todd Eberhardt and Steve Hassett. Doors open 15 minutes before the Music Café begins.
